Elite Pest Management will install or replace moisture barriers. If your home is at least 20 years of age the moisture barrier should be replaced and this gives us the opportunity to remove debris under the old barrier that can be food for termites.
Elite’s moisture barrier will be professionally installed in 80 – 90% of the crawlspace. Each barrier is made of 6-mil polyethylene and is non-transparent. This combination has been proven to provide better protection and reduce the amount of barrier deterioration.
